2. Manual Client-Controlled Execution Risk

During the Founding Member MVP phase, SportInvestNow does not act as an automated execution system. The platform provides decision-support modeling but does not execute trades automatically.

You are solely responsible for manual actions, price validation, stake entry, and account logging on your selected sports exchanges (e.g., Betfair Exchange). Any losses resulting from input delays, software mismatches, connection dropouts, Betfair API failures, or execution mistakes remain entirely your personal liability.

3. Suitability and Bankroll Discipline

Subscription pricing and plan structures are matched to suitability guidelines (e.g., recommended €2,500 - €5,000 for Starter, €5,000 - €10,000 for Pro). These bankroll suggestions represent capital modeling ranges designed to prevent excessive subscription overhead on small capital bases.

Suggested bankroll figures are not capital minimums, and we do not hold, verify, or manage your capital. You are responsible for ensuring that you only deploy discretionary funds that you can afford to lose, in accordance with disciplined bankroll standards.

Backtesting simulations (Sportfolio analyses) are reconstructed on historical data sets which are subject to collection delays, commission adjustments, and liquidity variances. Volatility control models, drawdown indicators, and stress scenarios have been constructed for learning purposes and may be surpassed by extreme market events in real-world environments.
